X Factor USA Show Highlights & Videos from 10/13

Tonight, the judges take each of their groups to their homes. They were split into four groups Girls, Boys, Over 30s and Groups. Simon got the girls, the groups went to Paula, the over 30’s went to Niocle and the boys got LA Reid.

The girls are probably the luckiest, flying to Paris to meet Simon. The groups go to meet Paula in Santa Barbara and the boys head to the Hamptons to meet LA Ried. The over 30’s go to Malibu for to Nicole Sherzingers home.

Each judge will get help in the mentoring stage from a special guest star judge. For the over 30’s, Nicole Sherzinger brought along superstar Enrique Iglesias to help with the mentoring. Paula Abdul, much to the happiness of the groups, has Pharrel to guest judge. Simon’s group was supposed to have Mariah Carey, but due to hurrican Irene, she was not able to make it, so he will judge the group alone. LA Reid got megastar Rihanna to help him judge the boys!

The performers will sing song selected by the judges for them individually. Rapper Brian Bradley went up first, rapping The Message. Rihanna thought he was cute and just like a mini J-Cool. Up first for Simon was Simone Battle. She sang Help! by the Beatles, a timeless classic. Simon thought it was “well done” and that her voice cracking had added more emotion to her voice.

Paula’s first act was The Anser. They sang Pink’s hit Perfect. A very good performance. Enrique and Nicole had Dexter Haygood first up. He sang Beyonce’s Crazy in Love, and really entertained and made it his own.

Next up was Skyelor Anderson. He sang Kevin Sharp’s Nobody Knows It But Me. Although he was decent, Rihanna thought that he needs to be more polished.

Tora Woloshin was up next, singing The Rolling Stones classic I Can’t Get No Satisfaction by and did a great job. Simon thought she sounded like a little rock star.

Next up, was a group of girls. This was one of the groups put together at the end of boot camp. Calling themselves Lakota Rain they sang a country version of Born This Way by Lady Gaga. Quite decent and sounded a little like the Bluesy remix of the song.

Next was Stacey Francis, she sang Prince’s hit Purple Rain. It was absolutely stunning and left Nicole crying. Enrique on the other hand was wondering if a record company would actually sign her.

Next up: The Brewer Boys. They sang Only Girl In The World by Rihanna. Decent. Phillip Lomax sang Don’t Stop The Music by Rihanna. Another awesome performance.
