The quest for the $5 million record contract continues tonight. The show opens with Britney, L.A. Reid and Demi in Britney’s dressing room. Britney tells Demi and L.A. that Simon is sick and won’t be attending the auditions in Kansas City because he is sick. The contestants are happy when they are told about Simon.
